Refund policy

Our shop adheres with "The Consumer Act of the Philippines" RA7394.

 

Per DTI, RA 7394 Product and Return Policy prohibitation on the "NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE" policy does not apply if the product you bought is in perfect condition or has no defect.

A change of mind, on your part, does not entitle you to an exchange or refund.

Only defective products from the store of purchase can be returned and exchanged.

Defects due to mishandling on the part of the buyer does not entitle buyer to an exchange.

 

For returns and exchanges, please ensure the following:

  • Item is purchased within seven (7) days
  • Present original receipt / copy of the receipt from your email
  • Present Tags, Price Tags & Original Packaging
  • Item is purchased from this website and not from our other platforms or stores.
